TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR KINGDOM COACH COLLECTIVE
By making your payment you are agreeing to the terms of this agreement.
THIS AGREEMENT is between:
Oh freebird fly, a Limited Liability Company DBA Kingdom Coach Collective and paying client.
In consideration of the mutual promises, covenants, warranties and other good and valuable consideration set forth in this Agreement, the parties hereby agree as follows:
Kingdom Coach Collective. Once payment is made you will have access to the coaching program for 1 year & lifetime access to the Kingdom Coach Framework course via an online platform.
Terms and Conditions
Relationship. Oh Freebird Fly LLC agrees to give client online access to The Kingdom Coach Collective for 1 year and lifetime access to the Kingdom Coach Framework Course. Nothing herein shall be deemed to constitute a partnership or joint venture between Oh Freebird Fly LLC and Client and does not create a relationship beyond the confines of the program offering.
Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure. The Client understands that The Kingdom Coach Collective framework which includes all content laid out in the program and all materials, including but not limited to, workbooks, videos, marketing & sales templates, price lists, contracts, financial documents, agreements, pdfs, emails, content, and other information or documents that are given to them and seen through the course are the exclusive property of Oh Freebird Fly, LLC and are privileged and confidential information. The Client shall not disclose, whether or not, the confidential information was obtained from the course to anyone unless required to do so by law.
Intellectual Property. All information provided and the entire process/framework laid out in Kingdom Coach Collective is copyright of Oh Freebird Fly LLC, including but not limited to all recorded sessions, course framework, graphics, workbooks, templates, PDF’s, Business blueprints, marketing template and any other content shared is intellectual property and copyright of Oh freebird fly LLC and shall not be shared, recorded, duplicated or sold and is only for your personal use.
Transfers/Refunds. The program fee is non-refundable. The program may not be transferred to another Client.
Program Access. The Kingdom Coach Collective can be accessed through the online platform made available by Oh freebird fly LLC. Oh freebird fly LLC can change how the program is offered at any time. All program content will be offered online. The Client is required to have basic knowledge of email, and how to access these resources online.
Waivers. A waiver by either party of any provision of this Agreement in any instance shall not be deemed a continuing waiver for the future.
Indemnification. The Client takes full responsibility for the decisions they make during and after going through the program as well as the consequences. The Client enters into the program content with full understanding that they are responsible for their own results. The Client agrees that using any of Oh Freebird Fly’s program content is entirely at their risk. Oh Freebird Fly LLC shall be held harmless for any and all injury to Client and Client’s business and equipment during the use of the program and the immediately surrounding events.
Governing Law and Choice of Venue. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. The parties may bring an action concerning this Agreement only in the state and federal courts for Florida.
Attorney Fees. If either party to this Contract brings a legal action against the other party to this Contract to secure the specific performance of this Contract, collect damages for breach of this Contract, or otherwise enforce or interpret this Contract, the prevailing party shall recover reasonable attorney’s fees and all costs, premiums for bonds, fees, and other expenses expended or incurred in the action in addition to any other relief that may be awarded.
Resolution. Client shall first approach Oh Freebird Fly LLC as to any issues related to the program offering. Failure to do so will result in Oh freebird fly not extending any further offers to client.
Entire Agreement. This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties on its subject matter and supersedes any prior understanding or representation of any kind preceding the date herein.
Agreement. There are no other promises, conditions, understandings or other agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.
